AVRIL LOFTS

Finishing touches at Avril Lofts are underway and units are scheduled to be listed for sale early this month. The building features studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units with premier views of Court Street Plaza. Be sure to check the Condos Section of the 3CDC website over the next couple of weeks for unit details, pricing and to view the units as they are listed.

THE FOUNDRY

Interior drywall is being installed and finished in Divisions Maintenance Group’s new office space, with painting to follow. This will allow electrical and plumbing fixtures to begin being installed, as well as HVAC and fire protection trim out to occur.

At the future home of Five Iron Golf, framing is complete. Plumbing and electric rough-in inspections are being scheduled. Drywall will follow the inspections.

ZIEGLER PARK

Underground construction work continues to progress. As a reminder, the street is closed to regular vehicle use, but pedestrian access between Main and Sycamore Streets, including to the buildings along Woodward, remains.

Black Art Speaks has been leading public art and activation engagement, hosting several events over the past few weeks and distributing a survey that is open until December 3.
