Construction crews at The Annie continue to make significant progress. The building located at 216-18 W 12th Street recently received electricity. Permanent HVAC has been installed, as well. Additionally, some walls have been painted, while others will be painted in the coming weeks. Flooring installation will begin next week. Bathroom tile is set to be laid first, and wood flooring will follow. The building located at 210-14 W 12th Street is also coming along nicely. Plaster repair is nearing completion and mechanical, electric, and plumbing (MEP) rough-in work is ongoing.
