Crews continue to make steady progress at The Annie. Drywall installation is underway in the building at 216-218 W. 12th Street and will continue for several weeks. Permanent HVAC will also be installed in the coming weeks and will allow for the installation of finishes, such as wood flooring. Progress at 210-214 W. 12th Street is following closely behind, with HVAC, electric, and plumbing rough-ins having recently started. Drywall installation is on track to begin later this fall.
