THE STANLEY & MOORE FLATS

Residential units at The Stanley, one of the two buildings that comprise the Court Street South Condos, are currently for sale, with two of the seven units having been pre-sold, and the two commercial spaces are now leasing. Appliances are being installed in Moore Flats, the other building in the project, and finishes in the common area are underway. Residential units are expected to be completed and on the market in late October/early November, and commercial spaces are now leasing.

THE FOUNDRY

Office tenant improvements are underway at The Foundry, with office and lobby finishes scheduled to begin in October. Work on the Fifth Street streetscape is ongoing and will soon begin on Race Street. Folding glass (floor-to-ceiling windowpanes that allow an interior space to become an open-air one) will be installed in the street-level spaces in the coming weeks.

GOSLING FLATS

Crews are working through finishes and exterior repairs on the Race Street building of Gosling Flats, and the five residential units that make up that portion of the project are expected to be complete in the next month. Two of the four commercial spaces are available for lease, and four of the six units in the West 15th Street building are under contract.

KEYER ROW

Crews are finishing flooring and drywall in Keyer Row. Painting, trim and appliance installation is underway throughout. Residential units will start to hit the market in the coming months as they are finished. Storefronts are awaiting glass and will be installed upon arrival.

WILLKOMMEN

Many of the buildings that make up the Willkommen project have been completed, and leasing is underway at finished commercial spaces. Interior work including drywall, flooring and punch list repairs are ongoing across the entire project.
