4TH & RACE

The 14-story building that makes up 4th & Race is now topped out. Pay stations, security cameras and signage are currently being installed in the parking garage. PERSEVERANCE

Along Vine Street, progress at Perseverance continues in the form of storefront installation at 1511 and 1517 Vine Street. Stair towers are up at 1505, along with masonry work and steel on the first floor. Drywall and plaster repair, electrical work and insulation are ongoing at each site.

WILLKOMMEN

As part of the new construction portion of Willkommen, 1521 Vine and 1602 Pleasant streets are going through excavation and shoring. All 16 historic buildings are under construction, with inspections being completed on a rolling basis. Most buildings are currently undergoing masonry and structural repairs, interior framing and roofing updates.
