CINCINNATI CONVENTION CENTER
The construction team took advantage of November’s largely mild temperatures to make excellent progress on convention center project tasks. Exterior demolition work is nearing completion, and the roof replacement is well underway. Crews are currently pouring a new foundation, which is necessary for the installation of structural steel that will support the building’s future glass façade. On the convention center’s interior, crews are continuing to build out the new food and beverage alcoves and frame up new meeting rooms while wrapping up demolition work throughout the building. PAYCOR HEADQUARTERS
With cooler temperatures soon to be the norm, the construction team has prepared the Paycor Headquarters project site for winter work by enclosing the building with temporary plastic and plywood walls covering all openings. Crews are continuing to move exterior tasks forward, including sheathing and waterproofing areas where future terracotta accents will ornament the new building façade. Soon crews will begin exterior masonry repairs and tuckpointing. Stay in the know with everything happening at Paycor Headquarters by subscribing to receive monthly construction updates.
