THE FOUNDRY

Five Iron Golf recently opened its new space in The Foundry. Patrons of all skill levels are invited to come try out the indoor golfing experience, grab a bite to eat and enjoy a cold beverage. Book your visit online, seven days a week.

Construction is largely complete at Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG)’s new office space, and subcontractors are now working through punch list items. DMG employees will begin moving into their new home in the coming days and will begin operating out of the new office later this month.

ZIEGLER PARK

While construction for the Ziegler Park expansion is now complete, a few items are ongoing. Over the next few weeks, planters will be added throughout the park. Black Art Speaks will also be working to install public art throughout the summer. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held Tuesday, June 13 at 2 PM and all are welcome to attend.

THE ANNIE

At The Annie, structural repair work is now complete. Framing has been installed at 218 W 12th Street, and electrical and plumbing rough-ins are underway inside the building. Meanwhile, at 210 W 12th Street, framing work has begun.

AUGUST FLATS

Construction is nearing completion at August Flats. Punch list work continues and pre-leasing will begin in the coming weeks, with the first move-ins anticipated later this summer.

ADELINE LOFTS & WEBSTER FLATS

Webster Flats, located at 1338 Main Street, recently received its Certificate of Occupancy. Urban Sites, the Property Manager, has begun leasing the units. Information on available units can be found on the Urban Sites website. Several units have already been leased, and the first move-ins are expected early this summer.

Currently, Adeline Lofts is in the process of getting permanent power throughout the building. Crews expect work will be complete later this summer and pre-leasing will begin in the coming weeks.
