4TH & RACE

COURT STREET PLAZA
Construction on Court Street Plaza is wrapping up, with work on the Vine Street sidewalk all that remains. New sidewalks and roadways have been poured and finished across the block, traffic signals have been installed, and trees and planters will make up the finishing touches occurring this week. A grand opening and ribbon cutting have been planned for the weekend of June 11 to celebrate the project’s completion.

THE STANLEY & MOORE FLATS
The condos clustered around the corner of Court and Vine, now called The Stanley and Moore Flats, are progressing toward completion in August and November, respectively. Exterior paint is starting to be applied on both buildings. Moore Flats has reached the drywall stage, and The Stanley is receiving its first coats of interior finish paint.
THE FOUNDRY
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing work is continuing throughout The Foundry. Concrete infills throughout from old escalator pits is ongoing, with roofing work underway. Installation on the façade will begin on Vine Street in mid-June.
GOSLING FLATS
Cabinetry has been installed throughout the building at 26 W.15th Street. Drywall is complete and all interior walls are being painted. Windows have been installed and appliances will arrive in the coming weeks.
KEYER ROW
Keyer Row is on schedule for a December completion. Structural repairs are wrapping up, and interior drywall is underway in the southern buildings. Windows have arrived on site and are currently being installed. Exterior paint has started on the south side of the buildings and will progress north.
PERSEVERANCE
At Perseverance, final repairs are ongoing on all floors of the building at 1505 Vine Street. The residential entrance canopy on that building is being installed this week. The spaces at 1511, 1513-1515 and 1517 Vine Street are complete and ready for tenants to move in.
WILLKOMMEN
Finishing touches including floor refinishing and kitchen appliance installation at historic buildings were underway in May at the Willkommen project, and most exteriors have been painted. Structural framing and roof installation continue at the new builds included in the project.
