RENNEN & BEECHER FLATS

Work is progressing nicely at Rennen & Beecher Flats, as crews complete various tasks throughout the project site. Currently, Rennen is being framed and utility rough-ins will begin in just a few weeks. Beecher Flats has now been completely framed, as window installation and utility rough-ins near completion as well. Masonry work has also begun at Beecher Flats and will continue for the next several weeks. Crews are currently pouring the sidewalks on Race, 15th and Pleasant streets, and in the coming weeks, drywall installation will start at Beecher Flats. The parking lot at the back of the project site will also be poured in the near future.

COURT & WALNUT

Crews have now made progress from the basement to the third floor at the Court & Walnut project site. As MEP rough-ins continue in the basement, the forming and pouring of columns and walls continues on the first floor. The second-floor columns and concrete deck are now complete and shoring and forming for the helical ramp continues. On the third floor, the installation of rebar for the deck is underway, and crews recently completed the first and second concrete pours.
