FINDLAY COMMUNITY CENTER
Cincinnati City Council approved TIF funding for the Findlay Community Center project, which will be used to advance the design of project in conjunction with additional community engagement. Based on this approval, the design team has started working on new concept designs. These designs will be presented at a community engagement session on Apr. 19 at the OTR Rec Center. THE FOUNDRY
At The Foundry, interior finishes and artwork are nearing completion at the Five Iron Golf space. Audio/Visual and IT installation is in progress and a punch walk will be scheduled in the coming weeks.
Work continues to progress at the new office of Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG). The monumental stair was delivered and has been set in place. The installation team will weld it back together in the coming days. The installation of millwork and countertops is ongoing, while specialty wall finishes are beginning. Carpet installation is nearly complete. DMG’s systems furniture is scheduled to be installed in the coming days. DMG’s AV vendor mobilized last month and is currently installing their sound masking system. They are also getting started on infostructure and presentation areas. Lastly, the exterior signage package has been released for fabrication. Installation will happen in phases and should be completed later this month.
ZIEGLER PARK
At Ziegler Park, concrete work continues on Woodward Street’s sidewalks and in Goetz Alley. Existing utility poles will be removed as the services are taken underground. Construction fencing will change next week to allow for work taking place on Woodward Street between Main Street and Goetz Alley. Be on the lookout for construction signage indicating the pedestrian paths.
THE ANNIE
Work is progressing nicely at The Annie. Interior structural repair work is ongoing at 218 W 12th Street. Tuckpointing work has also begun and will continue this month.
AUGUST FLATS
At August Flats, cabinets, flooring and tile have been installed. Countertop installation is nearly complete, as well, while trim work is ongoing. HVAC, plumbing and electrical finishing work continues. The Race Street sidewalk has been replaced and replacement of the Green Street sidewalk is underway. Storefront framing and glass installation is in progress.
ADELINE LOFTS & WEBSTER FLATS
Countertop installation has been completed at Adeline Lofts and kitchen tile backsplashes are being installed now. Floor refinishing is in the final stages and appliances are now in place. Final paint is underway.
At Webster Flats, permanent power is being installed, as final finish work continues. The water tap is also being installed, and upon completion, the sidewalk will be repoured. Improvements to the rear courtyard are underway. Pre-leasing will begin soon, with the first move-ins scheduled to take place in May.
