COURT & WALNUT
Construction at Court & Walnut is progressing nicely, with work now underway on the building’s second floor. Crews recently completed underground MEP installation, while MEP rough-ins continue in the basement. The first-floor elevated deck, as well as the deck above the first floor, are complete, and pile caps and grade beams are being poured. Forming and pouring for the first-floor columns and walls also continues. Crews are currently in the process of shoring and forming for the second-floor elevated deck, and the first concrete pour for the second floor was recently completed. RENNEN & BEECHER FLATS
Steel has been set for both Rennen and Beecher Flats, and underground utilities are being roughed-in. Several pours of slab-on-grade have been made in Beecher Flats, primarily at the stairs, entrance ways, and in first-floor residential units. Interior framing work is complete at 1505 Race – the historic structure that is being integrated into Rennen – while framing work continues at Beecher Flats. Utility work will continue for the next few weeks, as well.
15TH & VINE
Construction is wrapping up at 15th & Vine, and the leasing team hopes to announce an office tenant in the coming months. To celebrate the project’s completion, a ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, Apr. 12 at 10 AM to allow those interested a first look at the finished building. Jeremy and Bridget Lieb’s new restaurant, Sacred Beast, which is located in one of the street-level commercial spaces, will celebrate its grand opening the same day.
