ABINGTON RACE & PLEASANT

A ribbon-cutting ceremony took place in late February, to celebrate the completion of the Abington Race & Pleasant project. The tenant build-out for Elementz is well underway, with MEP installation on schedule for completion by next week, and drywall installation set to begin in the coming days.

COURT & WALNUT

Crews are making great progress in the basement area, with pile caps, columns, walls, and blindside waterproofing now complete. Stone grading and backfilling around the basement is currently underway, as well as the installation of the sump pump. Shoring and forming of the first floor has begun, as pile caps and grade beams continue being poured. Between the first and second floor, shoring and forming for the deck has also begun, and the concrete pour took place last week. RENNEN & BEECHER FLATS

Foundation work is now complete at Rennen & Beecher Flats. Crews are currently setting the structural steel for Beecher Flats, and will begin setting steel for Rennen in the coming days. Interior framing is underway in the 1505 Race building, and will begin in Beecher Flats in the near future. Over the next few weeks, framing will continue on both buildings, as site utility work begins.

15TH & VINE

Interior work at 15th & Vine is nearing completion, and crews have begun installing wood floors in the historic buildings, as well as delivering cabinets and fixtures to the restrooms. The first-floor restaurant, Sacred Beast, is approximately 50% complete, and is on schedule for completion by the Reds’ Opening Day. The leasing team is making great progress in securing first-floor tenants, and expects to have all storefronts occupied by fall of this year.
