COLUMBIA FLATS

Construction on the mixed-income Columbia development started earlier this month, after 3CDC staff closed on project financing. Crews are currently working on interior sub-floor repair in preparation for interior framing to begin. Construction is expected to be complete in July 2019.

COURT & WALNUT

Court & Walnut is beginning to see finishing touches on the lower levels. Drywall has been installed on the first and second floors, while the stairwells are being painted. Exterior tile has been installed on the Northeast corner, along with metal paneling along Walnut Street. Glazing for the Kroger space continues. 4TH & RACE

At 4th & Race, crews have removed the existing foundation and are now preparing the site for foundation work. Currently, shoring has begun along the perimeter and the drilling of augercast piles will commence in early January.
