RENNEN & BEECHER FLATS

At Beecher Flats, the brick portion of the façade is nearing completion. When finished, crews will begin working on the façade at Rennen. Additionally, shower tile and hardwood floors are being installed at Beecher Flats. Drywall work is nearing completion at Rennen, as crews prepare for Gypcrete to be poured in the coming weeks. Lastly, both buildings now have permanent power.

COURT & WALNUT

Crews continue to make progress at Court & Walnut with each passing day, and work is now taking place from the basement to the seventh floor. The retail awning was recently completed, as well as the sixth-floor concrete pours. Overhead MEP rough-ins continue, and in-wall rough-ins are just beginning. Interior framing work is wrapping up on the first and second floors, and stairs are being installed. Prep work for the topping slab on the speed ramp and second floor is also underway. At the loading dock, masonry work is ongoing as roofing is being installed. Lastly, crews have begun forming and pouring the seventh-floor deck. In the coming weeks, exterior tile work will begin.
