PAYCOR HEADQUARTERS

Since 3CDC’s recent acquisition of 101 W. Fifth Street (the former Saks Fifth Avenue building), the project team has quickly mobilized into the construction phase. Electricians are currently completing make-safe work and crews are remediating asbestos and hazardous materials onsite in preparation for interior demolition to begin soon. 3CDC is expected to close on project financing in early June. CINCINNATI CONVENTION CENTER

Plans for the reimagined Duke Energy Convention Center (DECC) are moving forward as scheduled, with renovation construction scheduled to start on July 1. 3CDC is expected to close on project financing by the end of this month. Messer Construction provided a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) based on the completed design development drawings. GMP negotiations are ongoing with a goal of having an executed GMP in late May. The project’s design team is continuing work on construction drawings (CDs) for DECC and Elm Street Plaza. Completed CDs are anticipated by early August. A new installment of 3CDC’s regular Convention District construction updates is scheduled to be sent out later today. THE ANNIE

At The Annie, construction work is winding down at 210-214 W 12th Street. Teams are completing plaster work in the ground-floor commercial space. The project’s general contractor, Triversity Construction, is finalizing punch list work in 13 apartment units and Urban Sites, which is handling property management for the completed apartments, is purchasing furniture for the common fitness room, lounge, and office spaces.
