MEET THE TEAM
Katie Westbrook began her professional career in Real Estate Development at 3CDC, joining the team in 2012 as a development intern. Since then, she has served in multiple roles within the organization including commercial leasing, finance, and a number of development roles. In 2024, Westbrook was promoted to her current role, Vice President of Development. Her responsibilities include the overall management of the Development team, which includes managing the development staff, project management, underwriting of projects, closing permanent financing for construction, and management of the project team through completion.
Prior to joining 3CDC, Westbrook received a master’s degree in Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Ohio University. Westbrook currently lives in Over-the-Rhine near Findlay Market with her husband Mark, son Gordie, and their dog, Penny.
Sara Bedinghaus is a Development Director overseeing many of 3CDC’s real estate developments. Since 2010, Bedinghaus has overseen projects that have directed nearly $170 million in investments in Cincinnati’s urban core.
Prior to joining 3CDC, Bedinghaus was Project/Program Coordinator for Portland Development Commission, based in Portland, Oregon, and marketing specialist for Procter & Gamble.
Bedinghaus received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of Cincinnati, and a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University.
Clare Healy joined 3CDC in 2019. In her current role as Development Manager she oversees a number of projects in downtown Cincinnati and Over-the-Rhine from entitlements, construction financing, and preconstruction planning through construction, tenant fit-outs, and permanent financing. Healy is currently leading the redevelopment of the former Saks department store property. Previously, she worked on The Foundry and Fourth & Race.
Prior to joining 3CDC, Healy worked as a consultant at Bleakly Advisory Group (now KB Advisory Group) in Atlanta and RCLCO in Washington, D.C. She was also a fellow at Smart Growth America.
Healy received master’s degrees in urban planning and real estate development from Georgia Tech and an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University.
Anna Barchick-Suter joined 3CDC in 2018. In her current role as a senior development officer, she manages residential, commercial, and recreational real estate development projects for the organization. This includes guiding budget development, financial closing, design, and construction.
Prior to working at 3CDC, Barchick-Suter worked for ConnecToledo Downtown Development Corporation.
She received her Bachelor of Urban Planning degree from the University of Cincinnati.
Mary Kohler joined 3CDC in 2011. In her current role as senior project management officer, she oversees projects under construction, coordinating contractors and design consultants.
Prior to joining 3CDC, Kohler was a project engineer at Clark Construction Group in Washington, D.C., where she worked on Walter Reed National Military Medical Center during her tenure.
Kohler earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Cincinnati.
