Americano Burger Bar is the third restaurant from renowned chef Cristian Pietoso and his wife and business partner, Amanda. Half bar, half burger joint, Americano features a menu of 10 burgers made with the freshest ingredients around, as well as iconic American favorites, such as onion rings, brats and milkshakes, which can be made with or without alcohol. The unique space includes a gaming area, featuring a foosball table, shuffleboard and multiple TVs, and is highlighted by a giant American flag on the ceiling, comprised of 3,770 beer cans! Americano is the second restaurant to open in one of 3CDC’s street-level commercial spaces in the 84.51° building.

The second restaurant from acclaimed chef Jose Salazar, Mita's is named after the restaurateur's Colombian grandmother, his "Mita." The atmosphere combines modern, clean architecture with expansive 25-foot windows, bright and colorful Moorish tiles, reclaimed wood floors and warm inviting fabrics.
