Celebrity Stylist Opens Luxury Hair Salon in Downtown Cincinnati

TMR Salon Celebrates Grand Opening in 3CDC’s 4th & Race Development

CINCINNATI (September 18, 2024) – After 18 years in the industry, celebrity stylist and platform artist Tina Marie Roberto celebrated the grand opening of her namesake salon earlier today in Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC)’s 4th & Race development. Situated at 120 W. 4th Street in a 2,300-square-foot space, Tina Marie hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony at the salon.

Tine Marie, who specializes in bridal, editorial and production hair styling, has traveled the globe teaching classes with Moroccanoil, mentoring up-and-coming stylists, working Fashion Week, and tending to big name clients like Kendrick Lamar, Jewel, Laura Marano and Georgina Chapman. However, when the pandemic hit and travel was limited, she rediscovered her love for being behind the chair.

“I had to stop traveling when COVID hit,” Tina Marie said. “It halted everything I was doing and I suddenly found myself behind the chair again. It was then that I realized how much I missed and loved being in touch with people in that capacity – and making them feel like a million bucks.”

TMR, a salon that delivers craft luxury hair and beauty services, strives to make clients feel like they’re on vacation – and its European inspired décor makes it feel like a true getaway. Everyone who enters can expect a luxury salon experience with services ranging from custom coloring and cuts to relaxation scalp massages and voluminous red-carpet finishes.

Tina Marie worked with Linked Solutions Inc. and Arcx Studio on the design and buildout of the space, which features custom craftsmanship throughout. It boasts nine-foot archways, black and white tiling, a nine-foot antique wall mirror, and panda quartz waterfall countertops to give it a truly European look and feel.

“TMR Salon is an excellent addition to the Fountain District,” said Lindzie Gunnels, Commercial Leasing Director with 3CDC. “As we work to ensure the downtown area offers a variety of entertainment & dining options, it’s also important to offer a variety of services as an amenity for those who not only work downtown but live downtown, as well.”
