4TH & RACE

The structure at 4th and Race now stands 13 stories tall. The parking garage’s windows and interior systems are largely complete, and exterior finishes are more than halfway finished. Scaffolding is being erected around the building so that crews can continue finish work on the upper levels of the parking garage and transition to work on the residential tower.

PERSEVERANCE

Each building that makes up Perseverance progressed toward completion during the month of June, with exterior painting ongoing at each site. Foundation walls continue to go up at 1505 Vine Street, and roofing repairs are being completed at 1513-1515 Vine Street, in addition to ongoing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The building at 1517 Vine is currently undergoing framing and masonry repairs.

WILLKOMMEN

Plans to close on financing for Willkommen will take place in July, at which point construction on the project will begin. Construction is expected to be complete on the project in late fall 2021/early winter 2022.
