4TH & RACE

Passersby will notice significant progress on the façade and streetscape of 4th & Race. Glass for the storefronts is on site, and installation has begun on the corners of Race and Elm at 4th Street. Crews also completed the sidewalk, curb, and fire hydrants on Race Street and are now working to make the same improvements on Elm Street. BEHLEN

Construction for Behlen is nearing completion with ongoing punchwork.

COLUMBIA FLATS

Construction for Columbia Flats is complete. The residential portion is 69% leased, and a tenant fit-out for O Pie O will begin next week with completion set for May.

ELM INDUSTRIES

Crews are wrapping up construction on Elm Industries. Completion is expected in early April.

MEINERS

At Meiners, a second-floor tenant fit-out is underway and construction is nearing completion with ongoing punchwork.

RENNEN & BEECHER FLATS

Construction is complete for The Standard Beer Shop on the street level of Rennen & Beecher Flats, and it had a successful opening earlier this week. Fillo is still in progress with contractors currently working on framing and is set for completion in spring.
