COURT & WALNUT

At the site of the Court & Walnut project, crews have now progressed to the fifth floor. MEP rough-ins and wall framing continue in the basement and the first set of stairs has been installed from the first floor to the basement. A portion of the first-floor slab on grade has been completed, and crews are removing the shoring. On the fourth floor, shear walls are being poured while the fifth-floor deck is being poured. Lastly, the second level of the helical ramp has been poured from garage floors three to four. RENNEN & BEECHER FLATS

Crews have begun hanging drywall on the second and third floors of Beecher Flats. The rooftop units are being set as exterior brick setting continues. Insulation is being installed throughout the building, and the team will begin paving the parking lot in the coming days. Rennen recently passed its framing inspection, and utility rough-ins have commenced for all trades. To-date, the windows are 98% installed. In the coming weeks, crews will begin drywall and exterior brick work.
