4th & Race Garage to Accept Daily, Monthly Parkers Starting Today

584 New Parking Spaces Added to Central Business District
CINCINNATI (November 24, 2020) – A new public parking garage, located in Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC)’s 4th & Race mixed-use project, officially opens today at 7 a.m. The above-grade, 584-space parking garage has vehicular entrances and exits on Elm and Race streets. The garage also features three charging stations to serve six electric vehicles.
The parking garage is part of the larger 4th & Race project, which will consist of 22,000 square feet of street-level commercial space and 264 apartment units when finished in 2021. 3CDC will own and manage the commercial space, while the residential units are being developed by
Indianapolis-based Flaherty & Collins Properties.
The garage is owned by the City of Cincinnati and master leased to 3CDC, which oversees
operations of the garage. It will be staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by SP+, which manages all 3CDC garages. Daily rates are comparable to surrounding garages, and monthly passes are available on the 3CDC website. Daily rates at the 4th & Race Garage are as follows:
10-30 minutes – $1
31-59 minutes – $2
1 to 2 hours – $5
2 to 3 hours – $7
3 to 4 hours – $9
4 to 5 hours – $11
5 to 6 hours – $13
6 to 7 hours – $15
7 to 18 hours – $17
18 to 24 hours – $21
Early bird – $9 in by 9 a.m. out between 2-6 p.m.
Weekday evenings after 4 p.m.: $7 flat rate (max 8 hours)
Weekend (Saturday and Sunday): $7 flat rate (max 8 hours)
