TWELFTH & VINE LOT
Completed Project
The $800,000 renovation of the parking lot at the northeast corner of 12th & Vine streets, nextdoor to Senate, was completed in the fall of 2007. It serves as a transient parking lot, although a handful of spots are reserved for residents. The easy-to-use, self-pay station and central location make it convenient to use to access Over-the-Rhine amenities. The 2007 renovation included resurfacing, extending the lot to the rear of the Duveneck building, new landscaping, lighting and an ATM located next to the pay station by Senate restaurant.
